技術情報
細胞数補正の必要性
マイクロプレートを用いた細胞の解析では、得られる結果がウェル中の細胞数によって変化する場合があります。その際には、
サンプル中の細胞数に応じた測定値の補正（ノーマライゼーション）が必要になります。

他の蛍光色素との同時測定は可能ですか？

本キットで使用しているHoechst 33342と励起・蛍光波長が重なる場合は、共染色による評価はできません。
Hoechst 33342の励起波長（300-400 nm）及び蛍光波長（400-550 nm）に重ならないことを確認し評価下さい。なお上記波長に重ならない場合は、他の蛍光色素で評価した後に本キットにて測定ください。
