KPL TMB stop solution终止液

Specifically designed for use with SureBlue Reserve TMB, SureBlue TMB, and TMB 2-Component Microwell Peroxidase Substrate product lines to stop color development in ELISA. Upon addition of stop solution, TMB turns yellow and can be read at 450 nm.

TMB Stop Solution is a ready-to-use, 1% HCl-based solution that slows and stops color development of TMB. TMB-based substrates turn yellow upon addition of TMB Stop Solution. The color change produces a two- to threefold amplification of signal. TMB Stop Solution is specifically designed for use with KPL's TMB Substrates (SureBlue™,SureBlue Reserve™, and TMB 2-Component).
